The era of internet began at the day of Netscape browser because the use of the network was confined to the academic community before. Since then, Millions of web sites have been created, and billions of users from the entire world are using the internet every day. Why another web site?
Why Another One?
It is true that information is available on the internet, and Google search allows users to look up information they want. However, this is most effective if the user already has certain level of knowledge about the subject. The information is not necessarily well organized either. The problem is even more acute for the youth group. Guidance is beneficial for them. We offer extra lens to help youth grow in addition to parents, teachers, and elders in family or faiths. The web site is educational in nature.
Our Missions
Our idea is simply to inspire youth with examples. Our hope is to provide examples of people and work so as to have positive influences on youth at young age.
- Audience – Youth at the center and also parents, teachers, and family at large
- Pre-requisites – Access to internet and English proficiency
- Approach – Use real people as role models who can inspire youth. Resources are provided for youth to discover talents, develop skills, and inspire achievements.
- Values – American founding core values. “all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” — Declaration of the Independent of United States of America.
Domain Name
The Domain Name seems odd and it is correct. We are interested in the word of Inspire and Youth. However, the names with various combinations were taken in the registrar. Therefore, we came up with the idea to put a number into the Domain Name. Given that almost any common words have been taken, we believe that it will be a trend to include numbers in the Domain Names from this point on. We could be wrong, of course.
